Our Story & Methodology
Where Complex Workflows Meet Elegant, Human-Centric Automation
At Bright Triangle, we help clients achieve their goals using tools they already possess and talent they have yet to uncover.
At Bright Triangle, we help clients achieve their goals using tools they already possess and talent they have yet to uncover.
When we founded Bright Triangle, we realized that every successful operational upgrade relies on three core touchstones: People, Technology, and Connections. The triangle in our name represents this trifecta. We put 'Bright' first because we are driven by clarity, clever problem-solving, and vibrant solutions that make our clients' daily work a joy.
Based in Los Angeles, we serve Southern California corporate clients locally and are fully equipped to deploy automated systems, deliver coaching, and manage legacy migrations for remote and hybrid teams globally—either via seamless remote collaboration or on-site worldwide.
Operational process improvement isn't just a technical challenge—it is a human change-management challenge.
Before becoming an operations consultant, Kevin Holliday spent nearly two decades as an urban planner, directing massive transportation programs like the LA Metro vanpool and SFpark in San Francisco. This background honed his unique ability to manage incredibly complex logistical systems while successfully guiding vocal, passionate stakeholders—especially those highly hostile to change.
When we walk into your office, we don't just see spreadsheets. We see a system of human habits, data pipelines, and team dynamics. We design process improvements that your staff will actually love to adopt.

Great consulting isn’t built on guesswork, personal preferences, or passing trends—it is engineered on world-class, scientifically proven methodologies.
Every spreadsheet we automate, dashboard we build, and executive presentation we coach is anchored in the core cognitive and visual frameworks established by industry-shaping experts. We apply these strict standards to respect the limited attention span of the modern busy brain, ensuring your data is crystal clear, your stories are deeply persuasive, and your team is aligned to take action.

Presentation Zen
By Garr Reynolds
Simple design principles for crafting unforgettable visuals.
We apply these minimalist design standards to our clients' corporate slide decks. By focusing on emotional connection, high-impact visuals, and generous white space, we ensure your audience listens to your voice rather than reading a wall of text.
Resonate
By Nancy Duarte
Presenting stories that move audiences and inspire action.
We help leaders shift the presentation spotlight from themselves onto their audience. By structuring slide decks like a narrative journey—balancing hard statistics with compelling storytelling—we turn standard corporate meetings into platforms for persuasion.
Writing for Busy Readers
By Todd Rogers & Jessica Lasky-Fink
Easing the reader's cognitive burden to achieve your business goals.
Whether drafting custom software user guides, Excel seminar training materials, or high-stakes emails, we respect the limitations of the busy brain. We write concisely and design for easy navigation to ensure your team takes action.
Show Me the Numbers
By Stephen Few
Designing functional tables and graphs for crisp data visualization.
We follow strict cognitive design standards when building custom spreadsheets and dashboards. By ruthlessly subtracting non-data ink and choosing the precise visual format for your numbers, we enable leadership to make rapid, informed decisions.
